Chris W. Kirby, JD

Having worked with more than 3000 attorneys from throughout the United States and many other countries, Chris has amassed an enormous body of experience from which to draw.  His coaching and training reflect unrelenting curiosity about the goals, objectives, challenges and fears of his clients and the unique application of the most suitable business development practices for each individual with whom he works. 

Chris is a passionate student of client-centric business development practices.  Though he’s been fully dedicated to coaching for more than a decade and a licensed attorney for more than 20 years, Chris continues to aggressively broaden his knowledge base through a rigorous regimen of research and study and by maintaining relationships with some of the most respected coaching and training organizations in the world.  Having previously worked with Richardson and The WJF Institute, Chris remains professionally affiliated with Maraia & Associates, Inc., Trusted Advisors, LLC, and Professional Impressions Consulting, LLC.

Given the fluidity of client needs and the ever increasing need to resourcefully manage client costs, PCTSolutions, Inc. has addressed the need to provide excellence with efficiency by establishing professional relationships with a virtual team of highly successful lawyer coaches each of whom possess strong legal and business credentials in addition to proven coaching and training skills.  Since additional personnel is only called upon as needed, we’re able to provide scale to accommodate any engagement and provide consistently excellent results without any of the bloated infrastructure costs so often associated with large organizations.
